Seth and his crew were amazing! They came and diagnosed an issue we had for two years with our electricity blowing our home’s main breaker. Something that may have started a fire and different company couldn’t figure out! Having just had hip surgery, I was scared it would continue to trip, cutting all power, including the heat during some of the coldest days of the year. They were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Joel and Eli were great. I love that I could get quick service on a small job. They replaced 3 light fixtures and were awesome to talk to. Very dedicated to clean up afterwards. I have a house that was built in 1960 with a bunch of electrical issues. I was turning a garage into another room that needed a complete rewiring job. They did a fantastic job removing old aluminum wiring and running new wiring. I would hire them in a heartbeat again for any other electrical work. Very professional and quality work.
Seth and his crew are very professional, communicate well, and do top notch work at a very reasonable rate! They went above and beyond even though the job was way more complicated than it looked. Now my lights and plugs all work as they should. Completed the job in a timely manner (over the weekend!) and made sure that all details were covered. He also gave us a workmanship and parts warranty. Will be using Elemental Electrical for any other future projects.

Seth Toker does great work. He may not be the cheapest option, but I’m sure you’ve heard the old saying, “you get what you pay for”. When it comes to electrical do not look for the cheapest option, instead look for the person who knows what they are doing. Seth and his company are great at troubleshooting problems and coming up with solutions that meet electrical code requirements. They are fast, professional, and get the job done quick. Keep his number saved in your phone in the event you ever need an electrician.
Elemental electrical has come to my rescue multiple times, and likely will again in the future. I owned an old, stacked washer/dryer unit which tried to give up the ghost at an inopportune time. Seth came out to fix the appliance and did so quickly and professionally. That specific item was very old and continued to work for months, which bought me the time I needed instead of having to replace it immediately. I’ve utilized this company for their fast response towards anything electricity based, and I have never been disappointed. They’re an honest and experienced option. Personally, I find it can be hard to know where to start or who to trust with things like electrical services. This can be especially nerve-wracking when inviting someone into your home as a single woman. I’ve never felt more comfortable with someone working around my living space. The house that EE worked on is nearly 70 years old. One other electrical contractor that we had look at it with less experience in older houses – said it was to much of a mess for them to tackle. It had few grounded outlets and no smoke detectors. EE visited the site and developed a proposal to bring the house up to code and install power for the new HVAC system. The house had ceil heat and window ACs before the new installation. The work was completed quickly and
professionally! We will definitely use EE for more projects.
While it’s always a good time to get your wiring checked for safety, there are times you should make it a priority. If you’re purchasing a home no matter the age, you should always have the electrical checked. Home inspectors will check the home’s electrical system and if they find something in question, they’ll put in their report that further evaluation is required by a qualified electrical contractor. That would be us.
When there are too many items connected to the same circuit and all are operating, it can exceed the maximum for that circuit. For example, your lights in the basement and TV are working just fine, but when you start the pool vacuum it trips the breaker and all goes dark.
As answered in the previous question, your circuit has been overloaded. Today’s electrical systems and panel breakers are designed to trip or “cut off” when they reach a maximum load. This is a safety feature built into your electrical system. We can add more outlets and circuits to prevent future occurrences.
This is commonly found in older homes. Older homes were not built with smoke detectors. We can install the proper number of fire detectors in your home to keep you safe. Once installed, it’s recommended they be replaced at least every 10 years and set reminders to check the batteries often.
Major appliances and heaters with more bells and whistles can demand greater electrical power than your current outlet can handle. The appliance circuit requirements may exceed your current circuit load available.
GFCI outlets are typically installed in areas where water and electricity are present, such as kitchens, bathrooms, basements, garages, and outdoor spaces. They work by detecting variances in the electricity as it travels through the outlet to prevent electric shock to the homeowner.
